Returns & Exchanges

At NZ Muscle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel. If your fit isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, then place it securely in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
